Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy is a healthy alternative to traditional therapy. Walking allows the participant to experience all the usual benefits of therapy in natural surroundings.

Some people find greater freedom covering personal issues in wide open spaces and in the calming presence of nature.

Just like regular therapy the walking element of the session is taken at the client's pace over a 50 minute session. In case of inclement weather the session is simply moved online at the same time.

Sessions can take place in Fernhill House & Gardens.

Brief Therapy

As the name suggests this is a therapeutic approach that is limited in time, goal oriented, focused on the future and ultimately the solutions to the problems that bring the individual to therapy.

CBT - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

A structured model of therapy where the therapist and individual work together to identify and change dysfunctional cognitive processes which will in turn lead to desired behaviour.

Simply, this therapy works with changing negative thoughts bringing about positive behaviour.

Humanistic Therapy

The fundamentals behind this approach underpin all therapy at endeavour in that every individual is deserving of respect and in the right environment has within them the capacity to resolve their problems.

This therapy is less structured and non-directive providing a freedom of exploration.

At Endeavour the aim is to tailor the therapy to your needs, rather than your needs to the therapy.
